Scheduling Appointments

We realize that our patients' time is valuable, and we make every effort to see patients at their scheduled time. We ask that patients provide as much advanced notice as possible when running late for an appointment. If you want to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. With this advance notice, the time can be scheduled for another patient. Please schedule at least one hour of your time to spend at our office.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

First time patients should plan to arrive early in order to complete a patient registration form. Please bring the following items to the appointment:

• Your insurance card(s)
• List of all prescription and over-the-counter medications, if any, that you have used for your skin problem

Insurance and Payment Information

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash. We accept patients with or without insurance; however we are not contracted with any plans (except Medicare). If you have insurance benefits for care from a "non-participating" provider, you may be reimbursed for your visit directly by your insurance company.
