Dr. Vennos is a Board-Certified dermatologist. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Georgetown University in 1988, and she completed her residency training in dermatology at The Johns Hopkins University in 1995. Dr. Vennos is a member of the clinical faculty at the University of Washington, Department of Medicine; is past president of the Spokane Dermatological Society and the Whatcom County Medical Society. She is also current President of the Washington State Dermatology Association. She is a professional speaker and lectures on a wide-range of dermatologic and practice management topics. She is also a coach and advocate for physicians choosing traditional solo medical practice. Dr. Vennos provides consulting services including medical records review and expert witness services for medical-legal and malpractice concerns. She established the Bellingham Dermatology Clinic in 2002. Dr. Vennos enjoys multiple outdoor activities, including hiking and motorcycle touring. She also is passionate about West Coast Swing dancing. She is particularly proud of her two cats, Molly and Mia.
